April 10-13: Latin I/Science

Latin I: This week we'll begin chap. 16 and start learning the imperfect tense endings for verbs.

Science: We'll talk about ways plants are used in daily life and illustrate four of those ways.

April 2-5: Science/Latin I

Science

We will talk about what plants need to survive and how these needs are similar and different to the needs of animals.

On Tuesday we will take our chap. 15 (open-book) quiz.

March 26-31: Science/Latin I

Science: Begin botany/environmentalism unit.

Latin I: Chapter 15--Pattern A and B sentences. Remember to study your vocabulary at home.

March 19-23: Science/Latin I

Science:
We will continue learning about electricity and begin talking about protons and electrons in atoms.

Latin I:
We will review past grammar chants and read about the culture in ancient Rome.
